Financial Durable Power of Attorney
A financial durable power of attorney gives someone you trust the ability
to make financial decisions for you should you not be able to make those decisions
for yourself. If you do not have a financial durable power of attorney, and
you become incapacitated, your relatives will have to ask a judge to name someone
to make those decisions. Wouldn't you rather determine who will manage
you money?
